I founded Nu Leaf Change because I believe passionately that if you take your people with you on your growth journey, you'll stand a much better chance of success.
There are many things to consider in shaping your change, such as how people behave, how your organisation is designed, whether your systems and processes enable or hinder effectiveness and experience, leadership effectiveness, communications and engagement, training and transition planning and your supporting people strategy, HR policies and procedures, all of which need to be integrated and skilfully delivered to land the change well with your people.
Nu Leaf Change will help you to master people change in two ways:
If you're a leader of a business, you'll need to lead change at some point to take your business forward, so we'll work with you to shape and deliver an appropriate people change strategy that supports your business growth strategy or transformation.
If you're an HR professional, we'll support you to devise your people strategy, key policies, supporting processes and transition plans to help embed the change. We can also help you to develop your own people change skills, knowledge and tools.
