Strategic Board Advice
We'll attend your board pre-meetings and meetings and advise on the impact of your strategy in terms of talent, culture and organisational structure and change requirements. We'll also help you plan your approach during times of political, legislative, technological and economic change.
And if you need to strengthen your board, we can provide experienced non-executives too.
Typical Time Requirement: 1 day per month.
Minimum Term: 12 months

People Strategy
Often, when you're looking to scale you'll have an 'exit' strategy in mind so you'll need some concentrated strategic change management support and infrastructure building around your people practices so they're efficient, lean and cost effective and attract/retain the best talent.
We'll work with you and your existing HR support (as applicable) to devise your people strategy and implement change.
Minimum Requirement: 4 days per month.
Minimum Term: 6 months
Investment from: £1,250 + VAT per day
