Our Founder
Hey there, I'm Dotty Day, a Fractional HR and Change Management Executive for ambitious businesses that want to grow. With an extensive background in strategic change, organisation design and HR leadership, my mission is to help businesses thrive better with great people strategies and practices and calm change management that takes people with them on the journey!
With experience of working with organisations growing from 2-20 employees, 45-450 employees and 8,000-10,000 employees, I know what it takes to grow an organisation and enable change that helps drive better value.
Since setting up Nu Leaf over 16 years ago, my clients have trusted me to develop pragmatic organisational and people solutions and deliver them with curiosity, creativity, collaboration and care.
