Hey there, I'm Dotty, a business strategy consultant specialising in organisation design, culture and HR Transformation for growing SMEs.
After a corporate career, I founded Nu Leaf Change 13 years ago because I want to help as many businesses as possible to thrive - by design!
My associates and I are pragmatic business owners and we work with ethical business and social enterprise CEOs and C-Suite leaders who want to scale their operations sustainably and who care about doing the right thing by their people.
In all cases, scaling-up will involve some redesign of your operations and change - a change of mindset, culture, accountabilities, governance, systems, policies, processes... or people. Embarking on a growth journey is therefore not for the feint hearted! But for those that have the guts and the grit, the rewards are there for the taking. You just need to know how to align all the components to help you get there.
With experience of working with scale-ups taking them from 2-20, 45-450 and 8,000-10,000 employees and delivering culture and operating model design and change programmes for both SMEs and large-scale enterprises, I know what it takes to build the right structure and infrastructure for growth. I also know first-hand how important it is to grow sustainably and to ensure that you maintain a positive brand reputation with ALL your stakeholders throughout your growth journey.
